CHC partners with Monroe Group to provide management services at our properties. Headquartered in Denver, CO, Monroe Group is a property management company that operates over 50 properties in 16 states across the country. Forty properties are project-based Section 8 and 36 receive Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC).
