Sheraton Towers is a senior community is located in downtown High Point with close proximity to shopping, dining and public transportation. Built in 1920 as a luxury hotel that was visited by many dignitaries including John F. Kennedy, the property was converted into apartments in 1982 and completely renovated in 2012.

This senior housing community was built in 1911 as a hotel and converted to affordable housing in 1981.
